Zealvert Consulting offers the following services:

•  Business process automation
•  Project and portfolio management (on-site, remote, hybrid)
•  Online/cloud-based consulting services
•  Online courses and professional training
   

We do not sell any physical products. All offerings are provided digitally or remotely, unless explicitly stated otherwise.

• We operate solely from our registered location and do not have any branches.
• We have not authorized any third party, individual, or agency to collect payments on our behalf. All transactions must be made directly through official channels listed above.
   

All prices for services and products (where applicable) will be clearly communicated in advance. Any applicable taxes will be added as per Indian tax laws. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice.

We offer a 14-day refund policy for eligible services and products unless stated otherwise for specific offerings. Refund requests must be made in writing via support@zealvert.com within 14 calendar days of purchase, along with proof of purchase and a valid reason.

Refunds will not be issued for:

• Partially used services
•  Completed consulting sessions
•  Downloaded or accessed digital content
•  Violations of these Terms
   

If you create an account with us to access services, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and agree to accept responsibility for all activities under your account. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend accounts for suspected misuse or violation of these terms.

We expect all clients, partners, suppliers, and users of our services to comply with applicable laws, including but not limited to data protection, intellectual property, and anti-fraud regulations.

If we discover that any customer, supplier, or third party associated with us is engaged in activities contrary to government regulations or our values, we reserve the right to cease engagement immediately and escalate matters to the concerned authorities if necessary.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.
